CHALLENGE: Client is a multi-state operation with over 5,000 employees. They were seeking a cost-effective way to reduce the amount of time office administrators and shop superintendents were spending organizing uniform and workwear orders for existing shop staff and new hires.
SOLUTION: We created an online company store program featuring the brands and styles popular with staff. The selection featured a broad range of styles including options for top executives and workers contracted to off-site facilities. Employees have access to make purchases 24 hours a day / 7 days a week and job site supervisors have the authority to make incentive purchases for reaching specific job benchmarks
